Introducing pips, our brand new currency!

I am excited to roll out our brand new official currency: pips! You earn pips for your activity and can use them to unlock rewards and prizes. Read the info below to learn more!

What are pips?

Pips are our new server currency. They reflect how active and involved you are in the community, and are stored digitally in our discord bot.

What do they do?

They aren't just for show! You can redeem pips for exclusive rewards and prizes, giving you real benefits for being an active part of our community.

How can I get them?

There are a couple ways to get them at the moment:

• Every 1-2 days, a random message will appear in selected channels. Make sure to be the first to react, otherwise you won't get anything!
• Use the /bump command in #spam to help us grow.
• Participate in special events (announced in #server) to earn pips and other prizes!

How do I use them?

Commands (just send these as a normal message):

• $pips: Check your current balance.
• $pips @mention: View how many pips another user has.
• $pips leaderboard: See who the top earners are!
• $pips transfer @mention [number]: Give someone else some of your own pips!
• $pips redeem: Spend your pips to unlock a 31-day VIP role.

VIP Benefits include:

• Access to special VIP-only news.
• A direct line for feedback to the staff team.
• Custom roles/ranks on request, with a colour of your choice!
