Official Lifesteal Rules

What is lifesteal? (if you somehow don't know...)

  • Each player starts with 10 hearts, as normal Minecraft.
  • Upon killing another player, you permanently take one of their hearts as your own.
  • A player can have a maximum of 20 full hearts. (40hp)
  • Hearts can also be crafted.
  • Upon losing all your hearts, you will be BANNED from the server.
  • Players can craft a one time revive beacon that can revive you if you're banned due to hearts.

General:

  • All of the normal rules apply.
  • Griefing is fully allowed.
  • Bans from the Core world do NOT transfer over to lifesteal.
  • There is a whitelist - send your username in the #lifesteal-whitelist discord channel!
  • Boosting (ie giving hearts to someone or being farmed etc.) is not allowed. If in doubt, make a ticket and ask.

Combat:

  • No elytra in combat.
  • No netherite armour allowed, although netherite tools are fine. (excluding axe, spear, and sword)
  • Max totem count is 1.
  • No crystals, respawn anchors or beds for pvp
  • Combat Log timer is 1 minute.
  • Players that have respawned aren't allowed to be killed unless they attack or put armor on. Only valid for the encounter of the kill.
  • No self pull stasis chambers. (Stasis' that work solo) We highly suggest you clip this as proof in case the player reports you!

Teams:

  • Teams will be preset, please put your team member list in the #lifesteal-teams discord channel. (Max member count of 5)
  • Teams will have their team name and “tag” in the chat and tab.
  • Guide on creating and managing a team in game: Lifesteal Teams (not yet created - will be shortly)

Modifications:

  • There will be ONE mace, obtained through a PvP tournament hosted 1 week after the release of the server so players can get gear for it.
  • The dragon egg will do something that will soon be revealed.
  • Player managed bounties will occasionally be hosted, giving rewards to whatever team or player completes them.
