Staff Code of Conduct

You promise:

• To act with fairness and impartiality, regardless of relationships, alliances, or in-game status
• To hold yourself accountable and report any mistakes or misuse immediately
• To not abuse commands unless it's part of rule enforcement or server recovery
• To not interfere with the organic survival experience of regular players
• To not put the server into disrepute
• To not disclose private staff conversations or tickets
• To not request for promotions or hint at staff advancement
• To not compare staff performance or measure moderators against one another
